Di Xu

Di Xu is a Professor in the UC Irvine School of Education and Director of the HERA Lab. Her research examines higher education policy, student success, online learning, and workforce education through large-scale administrative data and causal methods. She also co-directs the Online Learning Research Center and co-leads the Postsecondary Education Research & Implementation Institute (PERI²). Her research-practice partnerships include the Virginia Community College System and California Community Colleges, and her work has received more than $20 million in external support.
