Daman Chhikara

Daman Chhikara is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the UC Irvine School of Education. His research examines how education policies, institutional structures, and classroom relationships shape opportunities and outcomes for historically marginalized students. At HERA, he contributes to the NSF-funded study of community college math reforms, using mixed methods to study math access, course success, and equity.
